Live Event Hosting

I had a really interesting conversation earlier in the week. All about production companies and corporate clients being forced to rethink how live events are delivered. This especially applied, and still does, to corporate conferences, product launches and keeping in touch with staff.

From home

During the pandemic events, historically delivered face to face with delegates and staff members travelling from all over, have been delivered live over Zoom and Teams. Thankfully this technology allowed for this to happen with many of our presenters being asked to host these events from their homes.

When we could to go back into studios and travel to locations, production companies that have flipped their businesses have been able to deliver superb live virtual events for their clients. For PMP it’s meant our presenters hosting these events, bringing the thrill and excitement of live studio presenting back onto the roster!

In full flow in the studio…..

One such event was hosted superbly by Michelle Livings. A full day event with introductions, Q&A’s, live interaction from the delegates and pre-recorded videos being shown. All in all a hectic and fast moving day that was a tremendous success and one that Michelle was delighted to present. She sent us these pictures from the studio during rehearsal. Pleased to be in front of the camera and not having to deal with the technical side! Note how many laptops are being used!! With thanks to the fabulous team at Early Marketing for booking Michelle for this project.

Helping The Planet

Another live event taking place is for schools and in the form of a fun, educational Global quiz. The project is called Truth, Hope and Action. The quiz is all about helping our planet, with questions about the enormous amount of waste and carbon dioxide that is being put into the air and what we need to do to save our planet. Our very own Emma-Louise Amanshia has been asked to host this one and had her first rehearsal last week. Lots of fun and she’s really looking forward to the live events taking place later this month. With thanks for ITZA for asking Emma-Louise to host for this fantastic initiative.

Exciting news on overseas Travel!

We’re delighted to announce that Johanna Botta was finally able to travel to Rotterdam for a shoot at the end of last week. One that’s been postponed on numerous occasions during the year due to the pandemic. Down to the wire with antigen test results being returned, but it finally means the project that was started way back is in the can! With thanks to the fabulous team at 3 Angry Men. Johanna had a great few days filming this documentary.
