Brighter days ahead….
As the temperature warms up and the sun shines it definitely feels as if life is getting back to some form of normality. Here at the agency, it’s been an exciting week so far with many presenting projects including trips, confirmations and some lovely productions in the pipeline.
Overseas Shoots
James Tzanoudakis continues to travel all over Europe with 5 overseas trips in the past 7 weeks. 16 flights, countless covid tests and multiple live TV broadcasts. Next stop for James is Cairo before he heads to Tokyo for the Olympic Games. Positive news that these events have gone ahead. We’re keeping everything crossed for the Olympics where James with be commentating on the Pentathlon events.
We’re also excited to announce that over the coming month’s James will be presenting for a top sports brand. It’s a project that he’s extremely excited about and means he’ll be using his tennis knowledge and expertise. You might even catch him hiting a ball or two. More news on this when we can release it!
Animations
Saturday saw us sit down to watch the big Games Workshop preview event. This was to showcase animation projects they are currently working on. Exciting to hear our very own Helen McAlpine, Zoe Anne Phillips and Sam Boffin who are all involved in voicing characters for the shows. Great work ladies with superb quality of animation and sound.

With additional animations being produced over the coming month’s we’re thrilled our voice over artists have been asked to cast for these upcoming projects!
In the Pipeline
It’s been a busy week for castings and self-tapes with exciting heavy pencils on jobs. We’re currently waiting with bated breath on a video, commercial and voiceover project along with news on HOW series 2! One of our presenters is down to the last seven for a new children’s TV series with round three of auditions coming up soon. A fantastic opportunity and great experience with lots of hard work that has gone into getting this far. We’re keeping everything crosse for success with this one!
It’s certainly still a time of juggling dates and even getting locations booked. With some venues still closed we appreciate how much extra time it can take to get a shoot together. We are thankful that shoots are going ahead and appreciate everyone’s patience as there are so many moving parts to consider. Everyone is really enjoying being back working together in studios and out on location, be it with smaller teams than usual. It’s good for the sole.
